The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a key part of the Saddle Rock Ranches Homeowners Association (SRRHOA), established under our recorded Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Its role is to preserve the rural, high-quality character of our neighborhood by reviewing and approving any exterior changes to homes or lots. This includes new structures, additions, fencing, landscaping, and other modifications that impact the community’s overall appearance.
All exterior changes must be submitted to the ACC and approved in writing before any work begins.
This process is not just about aesthetics—it helps protect property values and ensures that changes remain consistent with our community’s standards. While participation in the HOA and payment of dues is voluntary, compliance with the Covenants is not. These Covenants are legally binding and recorded with the State of Colorado, making them enforceable regardless of HOA membership.
