Please pay your 2027 HOA dues early. This money is used to foster a sense of community and enforce covenants.

• Party planning

Sport Court Etiquette

Please note:

• Only non-black-soled court shoes and appropriate balls should contact the surface.

• No wheels of any kind — skateboards, rollerblades, bikes, etc. — are allowed on the court.

• No other equipment, such as ball machines or hockey-type goals, is allowed.

• Please use the benches outside the fence, and refrain from putting portable chairs on the court surface.

• Tennis can be played, although the net might be slightly low.

Let's all protect the court surface so it looks good and performs well for years to come.

• Please limit play to 1 hour if others are waiting.

• Please dispose of your trash appropriately.
