The Saddle Rock Ranches Homeowners Association (HOA) exists to help maintain the unique rural character, safety, and property values of our neighborhood. Governed by recorded covenants and community-approved subdivision improvement agreement, the HOA oversees matters that impact the appearance and harmony of the community—including homes, personal properties, landscaping, fencing, and overall upkeep.
While all lots are privately owned, the HOA has jurisdiction to ensure that properties follow shared standards. This includes enforcing covenants, managing assessments, and resolving issues that affect neighbors’ use and enjoyment of their properties. The HOA also represents the community's interests in broader county or infrastructure matters and helps coordinate neighborhood-wide communication and improvement efforts.
