Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Procedures – Saddle Rock Ranches

All exterior changes to your home or lot must be approved in writing by the ACC before work begins. This helps maintain property values and the rural character of our neighborhood.

Please keep in mind that while the HOA dues are voluntary, the Covenants are NOT VOLUNTARY. The Covenants are legally binding and filed accordingly with the State.
